In addition, we offer remote monitoring and backup facilities

Remote Monitoring

We monitor your IT infrastructure all day, every day Using 2 separate monitoring systems each running on their own Proliant server at our datacenter, we check all our customer servers and networks every 5 minutes of every day. We are able to check key services, databases and various indicators of system health such as CPU and memory usage, remaining disk space, hard drive failure and internet connectivity. Our engineers are notified immediately by email and are able to log into a web interface which provides further detail into the possible causes of the problem. This means that we are able to pro-actively maintain our customers' networks, analyse performance trends and respond rapidly to any developing or sudden problems.

Remote Backup

Using secure software that mirrors your critical data across broadband, we can offer you the reassurance of knowing that you always have an offsite backup, should the worst occur. This does not replace your local backup, but is an additional failsafe for your business critical data.
